Dr. Jaqueline Cain is a board-certified licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She has over 30 years of experience practicing Internal Medicine in a clinical setting as well as providing leadership to health services organizations for over 25 years. Her knowledge base is extensive, as she has experience working in positions that have required insurance policy expertise. As DME QIC Medical Director, she serves as the medical director supporting the CMS national contract.


Courtney has worked in the workers’ compensation industry for 10 years. She is dedicated to providing quality clinical services using data analysis to drive successful clinical strategies for safer patient outcomes that focus on clinically appropriate lower cost alternative medications and solutions to her clients. Courtney brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and workers' compensation industry, delivering quality pharmacy services for dispensing in retail, long-term care, and mail order facilities as well as providing clinical and operational services in pharmacy medication drug reviews, quality assurance for clinical products, medical case management, and clinical account management. Before joining myMatrixx, she held roles in a wide range of leading organizations for PBMs and third party administrators.


Wayne J. Fontana is a native New Orleanian and graduate of Loyola School of Law. He served as law clerk to the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, and he is presently managing partner of the New Orleans office of Roedel Parsons Blache Fontana Piontek & Pisano. He is a member of the New Orleans and Louisiana Bar Associations and the American Society of Law and Medicine. He has served as a seminar speaker for the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, DRI, the Defense Research Institute, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, The Louisiana Association of Self Insured Employers, the National Council of Self Insurers, the American Tort Reform Association, numerous national seminar companies and several professional business groups and trade associations. His law firm is a full service law firm, and Mr. Fontana's practice is primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, general liability, personal injury defense, product liability and governmental affairs. Mr. Fontana has served as a legal advisor to the State Office of Workers Compensation Administration and, through multiple gubernatorial appointments, has sat on that office's Advisory Board. He was also a member of and has led several Task Forces on Workers Compensation under Governors Treen, Roemer, Foster and Jindal. He has participated in the drafting of all major business initiated workers compensation reforms in Louisiana since 1983. Mr. Fontana is general counsel for LASIE, the Louisiana Association of Self Insured Employers, and he serves on that organization's Legislative Committee, Conference Committee, Self Insured Fund Committee and Advisory Council. He teaches LASIE's Claims Module of its nationally recognized Workers Compensation Professional Certification Program (CWCP) and has served as an instructor in its Certified Medicare Secondary Payor Professional Program.


Dr. Shawn Griffin is the first physician to serve as President & CEO for URAC – an independent, nonprofit accreditation organization based in Washington, D.C. URAC’s mission is to advance health care quality through leadership, accreditation, measurement and innovation. Dr. Griffin is recognized as a subject matter expert on population health, quality improvement, network development, clinical integration, ACO’s, incentive design, physician leadership development, and physician alignment. He has been a featured presenter for the National Quality Forum, HIMSS, the American Medical Group Association, AMDIS, CHIME, and the American Medical Association. He was named by KLAS as a “population health all-star” and was a key developer of KLAS Population Health Framework for evaluating software and program capabilities and served on the KLAS Advisory Board.


Eric Hatfield is counsel for Dane Street, LLC, a medical review company. He serves as Dane Street’s Director of Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs. He is in charge of compliance, accreditation, and privacy matters, contract development, legal research, and the general legal affairs of the company. Mr. Hatfield joined Dane Street in 2021, shortly after graduating from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Also in 2021, soon after joining Dane Street, Mr. Hatfield was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar. He has been in his current role with the company since his admission to the bar.


Paul is the myMatrixx® leader for the Account Executive team responsible for strengthening client partnerships, retaining existing business and expanding into new lines of service. Paul brings over 25 years of career growth and experience in the health, workers’ compensation, casualty and personal lines insurance industry delivering successful program design for medical, indemnity and ancillary service solutions. This experience includes addressing the total cost of risk associated with claim administration for carriers, third party administrators, self-insured entities, captives and associations.


With over 14 years of experience in health plans and healthcare providers, Emily McMakin is currently the VP of Product Management at TREND Health Partners. She transitioned to TREND after the acquisition of Advent Health Partners, where she held the position of Senior Director of Platform Management. In her current role, Emily spearheads the strategy, planning, and execution for the CAVO platform, focusing on scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and interoperability for clinical reviews.

Emily’s background includes the development and implementation of AI tools for itemized bill reviews, DRG audits, and appeals management. Prior to Advent, Emily contributed to Optum's success by developing internal tools that streamlined data mining and enrollment integrity processes. Additionally, Emily is the co-founder of PolicyCo, a policy lifecycle management tool.


An experienced health care management consultant with a background in social science research. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: competitive bid response development for Medicaid managed care RFPs, including TANF/CHIP, LTSS, I/DD, and child welfare lines of business; research and white paper development; program evaluation, survey design, and data analysis; fraud, waste, and abuse auditing for behavioral health; project management; and strategic planning. 


Tom Naughton, JD, LLM, has extensive experience in health care reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, workers’ compensation, state health care law, quality oversight, peer review and all forms of benefit disputes and dispute resolution programs. Mr. Naughton has testified in front of the United States Senate Finance Committee and various state legislative committees benefit appeal reform. He also served as a subject matter expert in the development and implementation of an independent medical review and provider payment dispute resolution programs.


Dr. Pascucci is a multi-state licensed, board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Fellow of the College of American Pathologists with over 25 years of experience practicing medicine and providing leadership to health services organizations. She has extensive knowledge and experience working in positions that have required Medicare and commercial insurance expertise. As CERT Medical Director, she serves as the medical director and spokesperson supporting the CMS CERT national contract.


About Madhu Reddiboina: He is the Founder and CEO of RediMinds, Inc., an AI engineering firm, which collaborates with and serves various industries, including Healthcare, MedTech, and Financial Services. Mr. Reddiboina is an active AI researcher, speaker, and an author of many scientific publications and NSF SBIR/STTR grantee. He has patents pending on applications of image processing, computer vision and 3D reconstruction technologies. His academic background includes an MS in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering.


Jenn Richards, PharmD, JD is a Director of Product Development at URAC where she is responsible for overseeing the development and revision of URAC’s standards and programs. She also oversees the volunteer pharmacy advisory group that assists URAC in defining best practices and quality standards. Jenn has pharmacy background in retail, prescription benefits management, specialty, compounding, and hospital. She has worked on many pharmacy improvement projects making large changes to organizational structures to provide better total patient care. Jenn has a Doctor of Pharmacy, received in 2011, and a Juris Doctor, received in 2015. Jenn is currently seeking a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.


Tim Temple is a native of DeRidder, Louisiana and is a successful insurance professional with over 20 years of experience in every facet of the insurance industry. He worked his way up in the industry from neighborhood insurance agent to insurance executive helping businesses recover from the BP oil spill. Presently, Tim serves as President of Temptan, a family-owned business in Baton Rouge. Additionally, Tim previously served as the chair and president of the Louisiana Committee of 100 for Economic Development, working outside of government to provide leadership and resources that focus on the economic growth of the Louisiana economy.
